PRODUCT RETURNS
If you have changed your mind and wish to return a product for exchange or refund within 90 days of order please follow the Return Policy listed here.

ORDER CANCELLATION
To cancel an order just send us an email with your order number and reason for cancellation. We'll issue a refund that day or the next if it is after our regular business hours.

DAMAGED ORDER
If your order is damaged upon arrival, please send us an email with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll issue a refund or send you a replacement immediately.

FAULTY PRODUCT
If you experience any issues with what you believe to be a faulty product within 1 year of purchase please send us an email with photos of the issue. If faulty, we will replace the product free of charge. (All of our products come with a 1 year limited warranty.) 

ORDER ERROR
If for some reason you received a different product than what you ordered please send us an email with your order number and photos of the product in question. We'll issue a refund or send you a replacement immediately.
