KustomCaps was the first brand launched by our parent company KustomVentures over a decade ago. We've been lucky enough to work with cyclists all over the world and for some of the best brands in the industry including, but not limited to, Rapha, Rays MTB, IMBA, Salsa Bikes, Surly Bikes, Mellow Johnny's, Golden Saddle Cyclery and The Radavist.

We are located in the cycling mecca of Cleveland, Ohio. Okay...maybe not a Mecca yet, but we have Rays MTB, the Cuyahoga National Forest and all kinds of sweet riding spots.

Humbly...we think that for the money, KustomCaps are one of the best gifts you can give a cyclist. Totally personal for not a lot of dough? Win. Win. And if you don't know what to get them...we have gift cards. 

Yes, we ship all over the world. We typically ship by USPS First Class International as it is the most cost effective, but other shipping options are available. We collect VAT for all EU countries and the UK. We DO NOT collect VAT or any other customs fees for other countries outside of the US. Please check the customs/importing rules for your particular country for more information.

We have a 30-day NO QUESTIONS ASKED return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. To start a return, you can contact us at info@kustomventures.com. 

Our products are CNC machined from 6061 and 7075 Aluminum and anodized or powder coated. We then use a variety of processes including laser etching, deep laser engraving, or a secret color printing technology invented by aliens to permanently mark your text, designs. etc.

We typically ask that Fully Kustom orders include ready-to-laser artwork at time of order, but we are glad to help out if you don't have design software, etc.

As long as you own the rights to the logo/art or have permission from the owner, sure! (Many of our customers have reached out to a variety of companies to get permission with good results!)
