Upcycled Bullseye Bicycle Headset Cap

Bullseyes are simple, but they look cool. We like them so much we make this one in our UPCYCLED finish as well as a Bullseye Headset Cap in copper and a "ghost" version also in copper. PLEASE NOTE: Upcycled caps are raw, unsealed aluminum. Their appearance may be affected by continuous exposure to salt air and salt water.
SPECS & MEASUREMENTS
In our UPCYCLED series, we repurpose our "mistake" stem caps by carefully machining off the very thin top anodization layer leaving a cool, raw aluminum finish. Then we relaser them using a variety of techniques. The cap inner barrels and backs will still be anodized, and colors will vary.
They are flat across the top, made of 6061 aluminum and weigh 5 grams.
KustomCaps BESPOKE headset caps are made from 100% copper, stainless steel, brass and other interesting high-end metals. They are finished using a variety of techniques including deep engraving, ghost etching, frequency etching, color fill, etc.
These caps are flat across the top and weigh from 15-17 grams.
Our UPCYCLED & BESPOKE Caps are designed to fit 1 1/8" headsets. They measure 1 1/4" (32mm) in diameter. This is the most common size on Road, MTB, Singlespeed, BMX bikes & more!
KustomCaps Headset Bolts are made of 7075 aluminum are M6 x 30mm and weigh 3 grams.
